Package Your Items
Securely place your eyewear in its original case and shipping box, ensuring all cloths and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
